When EPIC is down, to enter orders or write paper notes navigate to SharePoint -> Clinical Resources:
- Most orders and note templates are found in “Downtime Epic Forms - Barcoded Print Files”
- Some Specialty order sets are in “SPH Forms to Epic - Provider Orders”
