Step by Step Flow

Only available weekdays during business hours

  1. Notify Shelly Boyd of need for University of Utah consult, preferably during morning report.
  2. Shelly calls UofU and sets up an appointment time. Shelly notifies provider and HUC of appointment.
  3. HUC (or Provider if HUC is unavailable) transports the cart from the ICU to the patient room and plug it in.
  4. Provider clicks “Join” upon arrival to patient’s room.
